Ashmole estate, in the Oval ward of Lambeth, is a mixture of 1930s 5-storey walk up blocks, 1970’s tower blocks, maisonettes and houses. The estate was managed by an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) until transfer to Metropolitan Housing Trust (now Metropolitan) in 2010. Adjacent to the Oval cricket ground and bordered by high value Victorian streets and a number of schools.
