Snow-Camp is a new charity providing disadvantaged children and young people with the chance to experience mountain sports during a weeks stay in the French Alps. At Snow-Camp they learn to ski and snowboard, have great fun in the process and enjoy a week away from the inner city in an environment of extreme natural beauty. Snow-Camp also includes a daily Life Skills course designed to enable young people attending to reflect on the key issues that impact their lives. We have seen how this experience offers great benefits to children and young people from difficult backgrounds - helping to build confidence, self-esteem and further their personal development.
