With its humour and wit, this was a far cry from the stern, overly organised affair given to us by Beijing in 2008. Danny Boyle gave us everything from James Bond to Mr Bean, the Queen to dancing NHS staff and Mary Poppins fighting off all our worst nightmares. What's more, it was presented alongside a pounding, anthemic, patriotic and stunning soundtrack. This is that soundtrack.
