Stefano Capitanio reports from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome in northern Russia. Stefano works for ESA's GOCE (Gravity field and steady-state Ocean Circulation Explorer) Project and as Launch Campaign Manager led the advance team who are preparing to wake up the GOCE satellite and resume launch campaign activities. The GOCE satellite has been in storage since launch was delayed in October 2008. Launch is now planned for 16 March 2009.
