This picture of the Victorian Latchmere baths has been carefully set up; if you look carefully - in addition to a man poised to leap from the diving board another is about to enter the water from a slide. As well as the three suited gentlemen lounging around by the wall a young boy has managed to get into the shot at the far right end. Notice the multitude of changing rooms which open directly onto the swimming area.
